Source of Interpol Documents cited in this Weblog (2023)

In the interest of transparency, this is the source of the documents presented.

Information about the Migrationsverket worker who gave me the documents in context of a 2023 GDPR request at Åstorp has been redacted.

I would like to thank the following persons:

> The attorney who represented me during the extradition trial in Karlstad in 2007.  Not only did the court deny the extradition request; the court ruled that I be granted the Swedish residence permit. Migrationsverket and the Granspolisen refused to honor the ruling at the request of FBI and US State Department. I was placed on a no-fly list and banned from travel to the United States. The Granspolisen then engaged in a concerted effort to deport me to Venezuela under  identity information that was not my own and that actually belonged to a person with a similar name who has never traveled out of Venezuela.

> The attorneys from Nilssons Advocates in Katrineholm, Sweden who represented me in context of the 2007, 2012 and 2016 asylum applications. They got me released from detention and placed in supervision  in 2007, 2012 and 2020.

> The attorney who represented me in Malmö, Ystad and Åstorp in 2023. In order to spare him reprisals I decided to change attorneys right before I was released from Administrative Detention in August 2023. I only had a new attorney for one day, since Migrationsverket ruled I no longer had the right to legal representation.

> The Migrationsverket worker in Örebro who showed me in February 2020 what the Interpol report associated with my biometrics said regarding criminal allegations. I became aware of the extent of the campaign of libel and character assasination I was being subjected to on Interpol. Because of the pandemic, I had to postpone taking action on the matter until 2023.

> The Migrationsverket worker at Åstorp who approved the GDPR request for the Interpol report associated with my biometrics in 2023.

> The Migrationsverket worker at Åstorp who ruled I be released from administrative detention (förvaret) in August 2023. I spoke to him the day I was released as I waited outside the Åstorp detention facility to be picked up by a friend. He wrote that he ruled I be released in order to "restore proportionality to the situation".
